Santa Teresa 2000 micro-mill was founded in 2016 by Roger and Alex Ureña to add value to their coffee; over time, it became a passion.
working year after year to maintain and improve the quality of our coffee, always in harmony with the environment, using best practices.
Roger and Alex manage the mill and the farms themselves, processing coffee from approx 20 small coffee farms in which they have around 16 different varieties planted, although approximately 90% is of the Catuaí variety.
