Terms and Conditions

Application does not guarantee a place on the Summer of DIS-Loyalty.

Participation is confirmed with the issuing of an invoice.

Failure to pay invoices by due date may result in cancellation of participation.

Payments are due within 14 days of invoice.

Location cup on the map:

  • Cafe's agree to display Summer of DIS-Loyalty guides for distribution
  • Cafe's agree to display North Island Coffee Festival poster (A4 minimum)
  • Location cup on the map does not make cafe eligible for a people choice award.
  • Location cup on the map does not make cafe eligible for DIS-Loyalty card participation.

Peoples choice awards:

  • Location cup on the map does not make cafe eligible for a people choice award.
  • DIS-Loyalty participation does not make cafe eligible for a people choice award.
  • Cafe's agree to display Summer of DIS-Loyalty guides for distribution
  • Cafe's agree to display North Island Coffee Festival poster (A4 minimum)
  • Cafe's agree to display counter stand (A5) with QR code for voting
  • Peoples choice awards are voted for by the people, in a closed system. Any attempts to manipulate voting may result in offending cafe's votes being void.
  • Awards presented to winning cafe are on a loan basis and remain property of Summer of DIS-Loyalty. Awards must be forfeited to Summer of DIS-Loyalty upon request (ahead of the next award ceremony). Cost of replacing or repairing lost or damage to awards will be the responsibility of the awarded cafe.
  • Judges decision is final, no further discussion will be entered into.
  • Peoples choice awards will be presented at the North Island Coffee Festival

DIS-Loyalty card participation:

  • Cafe's agree to continue to stamp and redeem DIS-Loyalty cards as long as customers present them
  • Cafe's agree to display Summer of DIS-Loyalty guides for distribution
  • Cafe's agree to display North Island Coffee Festival poster (A4 minimum)

Advertising:

  • Application does not guarantee advertising space
  • Advertising space is confirmed with an invoice
  • Invoices are due within 14 days.
  • Advert details, including logo file are required at time of application. failure to provide may result in application not being processed.
  • 1 round of changes to DIS-Loyal guide will be sent with 7 Days to respond. Failure to respond will be treated as approval of advertising proof.
  • Advertising space s not refundable.
  • Advertisers agree to display Summer of DIS-Loyalty guides for distribution.

Participation and acceptance in any part of Summer of DIS-Loyalty this year in no way guarentee's participation in future years.
